    Murray. Is. Not. A. Star.

I hope the Rockets do not view him as such. Also, if they are able to land someone, I hope he is not an aging star. I want sustained success. Not a short run like we saw with Harden.

"At its core, rival executives believe it’s evident the Rockets want to bolster their firepower and will do their due diligence to take swings for a star — even if it costs them a blue-chip prospect part of their core six in Şengün, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr., Tari Eason, Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore."

rut oh, writing is on the wall for sengunatics :p

It’s good to see you’re back. I hope all is well brother. Malcolm would be a decent pick up but we really need a big that could stretch the floor a bit.

He's the only one mentioned in the article (apart from the not-available Bridges) that I would be interested in. Give them Tate and Landale and a single Nets swap, but don't trade away potential.

I love that a @Codman sighting has everyone more excited than the info-less article.

ClutchFans, it's awesome when the love shines through all the bickering. :D

I read that to mean there is mutual interest between the Blazers and Rockets in trading Brogdan to Rockets and Ime approves of the discussed terms, but I could be wrong.

So you're telling me there's a chance we'll trade Jalen Green?

"Udoka’s preference is not only to find another big man who can step in when Şengün is on the bench, but one who could potentially play alongside him in certain lineups, akin to Williams and Al Horford during Udoka’s lone season in Boston"

Sengun at 4? Don't like it. Especially after seeing how much he improved in the post. He arguably has the best footwork among centers. His shotput is money i dunno i don't like it that's wasting his talent and he doesn't have the foot speed to play at 4 imo.

Mitchell didn't want to be in Utah, but he didn't choose Cleveland and has never expressed any particular affinity for being there. He could have signed an extension last summer to commit to Cleveland and chose not to (and unlike Siakam, it wasn't because of the supermax possibilities, Mitchell can't get a supermax anywhere because he's not with the team that drafted him anymore). Mitchell can be an unrestricted free agent in 18 months if he wants to be.

Look at the top 25 players in the NBA. Cross out the ones who are in their mid-30's or older. Cross out the ones under contract for 3 years or more. Cross out the ones who chose to be in the city they're in right now. Who's left? Tatum and Mitchell.

Tatum will get the supermax this summer from Boston, which he can't get elsewhere.

    That leaves Mitchell.

Udoka said no to Harden even though Tilly desperately wanted him back. I don't think the sengunatics have much to worry about....
