You do need to remember that @Xerobull is accustomed to the pew-pews and zoom-zooms in the spaceboy comic realms...

Give him some time, he's a good dude, he'll figure it out.

I definitely have issues, thanks for being my friend.

But not with this; re-read. To clarify, I didn't have a problem with how this show presents strong women, so far. I cited Captain Marvel as an example of how it can be over the top.

We can fight about it if you want, just to be more hard and less soft.

Prefer action, that's true. However, I do like a good drama/thriller.

All I know is I haven't seen much of the previous seasons but what really got me onboard is no doubt, still the finest woman on earth, Jodie Foster. She look fine as hell in that sheriff uniform. Getting dirty thoughts!!

Don't go down this road Xero, you'll be labeled in half second by some people that just don't want criticism of any sort.

Every female character is a "strong independent woman" girlboss type these days. Basically just gender swapping them into male roles and stripping out all the femininity.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/tv/0/meet-english-behind-scenes-bbcs-violent-new-western-emily-blunt/

"It’s the worst thing ever when you open a script and read the words: ‘strong female lead’. That makes me roll my eyes – I’m already out. I’m bored. Those roles are written as incredibly stoic, you spend the whole time acting tough and saying tough things."

Wasn’t being defensive, just partially sarcastic, as is my birthright as a gen x.

So far so good. Kenny powers brother plus reverend from the leftovers. The supernatural part is pretty interesting plus two bra-on sex scenes for those counting.

the bra-on sex scenes are the most unrealistic part of this show.

jodie foster did full frontal in nell, even showing bush...but now she wont go topless.

The opening shot of the camera whine on the opening scene of ep 2 was a nice callback to Silence of the Lambs.
