    Just looked at the schedule and wrote out a "best case scenario" rotation game by game looking at off days.

    Framber pitches opening day and makes 32 starts. Starts team game #12 on 6 days rest. Makes 7 starts on 4 days rest including back to back going into ASB. The other 24 including his final 7 are on 5 days rest.

    Verlander starts 31 games. Team game #8 is on 6 days rest. 5 others are on 4 days rest but none are back to back. His start coming out of the ASB is on 7 days rest. The rest of his starts, including his final 10 are on 5 days rest. He can start the final game of the season on 4 days rest if needed, but Lance is currently scheduled.

    Javier starts 31 games. Team game #9 is on 6 days rest. He starts 5 games on 4 days rest but none are back to back. His start coming out of ASB is on 8 days rest. The remaining 24 starts are on 5 days rest including his last 8.

    Brown starts 31 games. Team game #10 is on 6 days rest. He starts 4 games on 4 days rest but none of them are back to back. His start coming out of the ASB is on 8 days rest. His remaining 25 starts are on 5 days rest including his final 7.

    McCullers joins team August 4th and makes 10 starts all on exactly 5 days rest, including the final game of the year.

    Urquidy starts 19 games and all of them are on 5 or more days rest.

    France starts 8 games. He is only used to avoid using any other starter on 4 days rest back to back.

    Another thing. This schedule works out where Brown and Framber (the 2 best ground ball starters) pitch in Mexico City.

    Obviously it would be a miracle if none of the starters missed a single turn, but it would be pretty cool and great for the post season.

    All time Astros best wRC+ Seasons by position
    500PA min, except C=400 min.

    C= Jason Castro 2013 = 129
    1B= Jeff Bagwell 1996 = 173*
    2B= Jose Altuve 2022 = 164
    3B= Alex Bregman 2019 = 167
    SS= Carlos Correa 2021 = 133**
    LF= Lance Berkman 2002 = 164
    CF= Cesar Cedeno 1972 = 163
    RF= Lance Berkman 2004 = 161
    DH= Yordan Alvarez 2022 = 185

    * Bagwell only had 465 PA in 1994 w/ 205 wRC+
    ** Correa only had 481 PA in 2017 w/ 152 wRC+

    I put this here because a few of them could fall this year.
