that DA has brought up multiple cases like this and is currently being sued by a dude who was wrongfully put up for rape charges right now (he was acquitted of those charges). She was arrested for what she did to Majors. the DA decided to NOT file charges. She was released so she could testify against Majors. Once you start laying out everything that went on in this trial.. it's some real twilight zone ish.
