[Calm Down] Sitting at .591 and 6-th place in the west!

Coming into the year, I could only point out two teams in the West the Rockets were for sure better than, maybe 3-4 if things broke correctly.

Being in the PlayOFFS is insane.

 

My bold prediction was 3rd and in playoffs before season started . Lol believe !

 

Best part is our schedule is bottom 5 easiest once we get out of December.

They're still underperforming their SRS by 2 wins, they should be at 15-7.

Hopefully some better late game execution and luck swings our way.

So preseason somebody had the Rox even higher than 6th seed in the West? How dumb is that exactly? 15-7 so they should be 3rd seed by now? Does that make any sense to you?

I dunno what SRS is but if that had the Rox needing to be 3rd seed a season after they got the worst record "just to be on track with the prediction" you know that's a piece of trash.

Rox are already outperforming beyond even the hyper's expectations in preseason.

We've wildly exceeded my expectations on where we would be at this point though.

The Spurs game (Jabari missed FTs) and we had (2) ridiculous FT discrepancy games.

 

It would take literally 30 seconds to google “SRS basketball”, understand it, and understand why it has nothing to do with preseason predictions.

It took more time to create a post calling something that you don’t understand dumb and a piece of trash for reasons that make no sense.

The worst part is that rather than be embarrassed, you will make some defensive reply.

The Rockets are far outperforming expectations. The GARM, unfortunately, is not.

You want me to look up a foreign term, read two whole pages of explanation just so I can debunk it?

Anything that says the Rockets are "behind" in wins or needs 2 more wins to be on track means it is wrong, period. That's just the reality of the situation.

Why should I be embarrassed? Why don't you explain how after the hell schedule they went thru the Rockets still need to have more wins to meet the expected outcome? Even you said they are outperforming expectations so why should they be 17-7 just to be on track?

 

That's the other best part--we're not a mirage, our point differential, net rating, etc all suggest we're legit. This isn't just some lucky streak where we scrape out wins in close games and get blown out every other night. We've been in almost every single game and most wins have been by solid margins.

 

LOL. You should be a little embarrassed. There is nothing for you to debunk. It’s a pretty well established stat. Nothing too crazy. Just says we’re probably better than our actual record says it is.
