He's been doing this **** for 10 years. Only since the Poole incident do Podcasters and the league act like they notice. The league office has an internet connection, right? Do they watch the games since what, 2013?

This mouthbreathing thug should be bussing tables somewhere. Instead we act like he's a key piece to a championship team because he constantly gets away with **** that any other player would've gotten ejected for in every playoff game.

If only this were good riddance. So tired of seeing good things happen to bad people. It's about time he gets at least a proper timeout.

Actually I’d argue they didn’t even bring the hammer and let Green off the hook. When did they ever offer Artest help? It’s still favoritism and coddling their precious problem child.

Winning leads to forgiveness. Losing leads to scorn.

When you put it that way, I wholeheartedly agree. Guys like Artest, Rasheed Wallace, DeMarcus Cousins, and countless others were never extended this level of grace and helpfulness from the league. It really feels like Adam Silver might be giving Gianni Infantino a run for his incredibly ill-gotten money as the most corrupt commissioner in all of sports.

Exactly. Also can anyone with a straight face tell me they would've done this at the height of the Warriors run? No freaking way. Now that being said, I am all for any player getting help and for the league to show they take care of their players. However, I do not believe in Green having some serious anger issues or anything like that. He might have some personality issues and clearly has ego issues, sure. I mean he has clearly said the team benefits from his behavior and will continue to do that. He's also not remorseful, at all, genuinely. EVER! He always has an excuse. But a screw loose like Rodman or Artest, no way.

You know how we know that the league wouldn't have suspended him like this when the warriors were good? Because they didn't. He has been the exact same person for over a decade, with zero repercussions. The other guys that people talk about like artest or rodman or whoever had MAYBE 10% of the incidents this guy has, and got massive punishments for those incidents.

Hahaha, loving listening to some local Bay Area sports radio, pearl clutching about "where now" for the Worriers and their immense, useless payroll.
Trade Chris Paul? Trade Wiggins? And trade for who exactly? Is it even possible to trade Draymond?

    Hahaha. Delicious.

(To their credit, a local radio host has spawned the term dray-ma for the Worriers latest self-inflected situation.)

lololol... this is one of the most effective troll jobs I've seen in my life. Man... to be a fly on the wall while Draymond read this... :D

I don't remember Green starting a malice in palace. I'm pretty happy with him for driving out KD from that perfect team. KD stays if Draymond keeps his mouth shut. Then Harden probably leaves Rockets earlier. So give the crazy (but well-spoken) man his props. He got what he deserved and destroyed his team along the way. Clap clap clap

    How absolutely hollow.

An "indefinite suspension" sounds worse than it is. We've had to endure his bullshit tell us the charges and how he's fixing it. And for the league to address the biggest elephant in the room from the past decade like, definitely 3-4 years too late? Or for them to finally act like they're supporting mental health issues and it's freaking Draymond? He's not suffering he's just an entitled *******.

Disgusting. Kick him out and I don't want to see him on any pre game, post game national media panels ever again. This isn't a punishment. A paid break from work to go do therapy?????? I'm just SURE he's going to learn a lesson.

Since Woj has now said Draymond probably won't play until the new year, it's seems to me the involved parties informally agreed to a 10-game suspension, give or take 1-2 games.

The only positive I've gotten from this: Draymond is admitting he actually has problems that must be addressed. Whether this turns into a complete shame of a joke similar to Ja Morant is TBD.

I'm waiting for the day the sports media will go over his past behavior, finally admit it was all quite egregious, but will then claim he was actually a victim. Perfect scenario for Draymond, he will come back with a clean slate, forgiven for the past and do a nice speech that the sports media will eat up. Then years later when he finally get that job at TNT or does an interview where he will go into detail about his trouble life and how he's been misunderstood, that flailing of the arms and legs is because as a kid he never learned to properly move his body due to malnutrition or because living among donkeys didn't help him develop his mobility properly :D

The way to clean that **** up is if they punch someone then let the law handle it. There are cops at the game. If Draymond assaults someone IMMEDIATELY press charges and have him handcuffed and escorted to jail then have the player affected AND the league sue for harm and damages individually. That will straighten that **** right up.

You wouldn't get away with that **** at any other work place. The league should have a zero tolerance measure for that behavior. Especially where Draymond attacked Poole at practice. He should have been arrested right there.

On a side note: Could you imagine the intensity of a moment where Draymond goes bezerk and hits someone then the refs call a foul, they review the video, and while he is sitting on the sidelines and everyone is watching the replay thinking is that going to get him arrested, the cops start walking over to him and standing nearby? Then the refs come to the microphone and say "That was a flagrant 2 foul, he is being ejected from the game and league is pressing immediate charges for assault. The officers have been notified to arrest him and remove him from the premises."

The Warriors games would have max ratings just at the chance to witness Draymond getting arrested. Of course, this rule would turn the NBA into a biich league with zero physicality so it would never happen.

This! The NBA didn't want to hurt their "Golden Boys" chances of winning the playoffs.

Kerr didn't either. Speaking out now is just to pretend to care. He knew what a violent hothead Green was, but playing dirty at all cost and getting away with it half the time helped them win. I can't stand Kerr. Remember when Green punched a teammate in the face but is wasn't suspended by the club?. Then, at the end of the season, the teammate is traded and Green is given a $100 million extension.

No telling, but that reminded me of a story off subject. About 20 years ago I was at a flea market in Corpus and some guy had a wheel you spin for a dollar. You win the card it landed on, but If you hit the star you could pick any trading card on the wheel. I hit the star. I was torn, but took the Roger Clemens card with a piece of jersey instead of Lebron's rookie card. Then, Clemens got busted for steroids.
