I would have won the ring if you put me on that team with Curry. (cheerleading only, of course)

For whatever it's worth Hollinger had Cam Whitmore at #3 on his board for the same reason - talent relative to age. But let's give time to Jae'Sean Tate instead so we can watch him battlefight for 20 minutes a night.

Bigger issue last night was playing the two 6-foot-nothing point guard lineup with Fred and Aaron Holiday. Holiday played 28 minutes, Cam could easily have gotten 10-15 of those.

Holiday played great and deserved those mins, he shot 75% from 3 and had the hot hand IMO Ime should have designed more plays for him.

Where Cam could have come in is the 7 mind Bollock played. Total waste of time Bollock had an 0-fer and missed all his shots.

Jalen needs to be punched by Draymond to be like Jordan Poole.

And he sucks as a winning player with the ball in his hands.

His dribble is weak, his passing pedestrian, and his shooting is at best average.

We are miles better with FVV on the ball, so Jalen either learns how to play without it, or we trade him to a team with longer patience.

The guy who preaches patience for the head honcho for years is expressing his impatience and baby rage at green. How about u tell folks how u really feel about kpj being gone instead of taking it out on green. Man hasn't even finish his third year and you are already up in arms to get rid of Green.

    Small minded people, Sheesh.

I want Green to learn how to play winning basketball, KPJ is gone, move on.

The team has to make a decision on Green this year about his contract, do you extend him?

Practice what u preach. Begging the forum for an entire season to give 3rd year vet kpj time to grow. Do the same instead of spazzin out on green. Man is finally put in the best position to succeed it remains to b seen if he will trend upwards.

I think the question is not whether to extend him but if he gets a regular extension or a max extension.

Or if a regular extension is not there, just let him ride restricted FA and let other teams put a price tag on him.

The problem is if we go to RFA some other team that may be starting their rebuild and wants to play ISO bumps up the price which hamstrings our future.

We won't get much return for Jalen and he's still a serviceable backup at worst.

I think some teams are at different stages and would still bet on his upside.....and we have a ton of picks we don't need to use to include as well to get value.

I think udoka would knock some sense into him. He’s a better playmaker without a doubt. Just needs to get consistent with his 3 ball for the fit to be really good. Plus the picks is a big side of that trade anyway.

People need to chill a bit and have faith in the coach. The talent is clearly there, go look at Green's top 40 games from last season. If Ime's the coach we all think he is (and I 100% believe he is) he can coach that talent into an effective player. It's been clear from day 1 Sengun was a more professional player, stands to reason under good coaching he's flourished. Now let's see what coach does with the guys who actively need coaching to realise their talent.

“Jalen Green is the most NBA-ready player in this draft! He’s like Kobe or Michael! Evan Mobley is a project.”

“Man he hasn’t even finished his first season! Kobe sucked year 1 too!”

“Man he hasn’t even finished his 2nd season! Have patience! It was obvious pre-draft that Green would be a project!”

“Man he hasn’t even finished his 3rd season! He’s still on his rookie contract! He’s 21! He’s still a project!”

“Man he hasn’t even finished his 4th season! I know he just received a massive contract, but….”
