Of the three individuals synonymous with the losing culture in Houston, only one remains. Stone’s tenure in Houston has been worse than awful and he is the last piece of garbage that needs to go out. This organization needs qualified basketball people to complete the turnaround towards phase 3 or whatever cute words they’re using to describe a franchise in turmoil.
