I just really hope Framber is locked in. If someone told me before the season we’d be up 3-2 with game 6 at home AND Framber is on the mound ….? That’s easy money. Now not so sure. What a crazy season.
Not even worried about him, Framber is gonna go out there and dominate. We just need to score enough, which I think we will. This team has been extremely good closing out series in recent years.
Framber was a little unlucky last time with weak contact. Looking forward to the Astros teeing off on Evoaldi. They seemed to have some good AB's on him last game. Just not with runners in scoring position. Hopefully that luck switches this time.
If worst comes to worst and Abreu isn't available, Maton has reverted back into his ballin status form early-season. He was sub-2.00 ERA first half of the season and has regained form since September. He hasn't surrendered a run in the playoffs in 4.1 innings and proven he can go 2 innings in a game. The offense just needs to not suck and get some timely hits. An effective Framber/France would REALLY help. Wouldn't mind if the Rangers stopped getting lucky too.
Framber will give us a quality start and all those hard hit balls wiill find space this time. Astros close it out 10 - 4
I am not predicting this, but it wouldnt surprise me one bit if there is a bench clearing incident with multiple player/coach ejections followed by multiple suspensions. The hate is deep and mutual with these two cities and fueled by what happened last game.
Agreed. It's been a wild season. I really hope we get good Framber or at least above average Framber.
https://www.houstonchronicle.com/te...-decisions-set-hr-18440074.php#photo-24363221 So it looks like Joe Espada was the one who pulled the trigger on the Diaz, Singleton pinch hit decisions that set up Altuve for the go-ahead knock. I thought so all along because Dusty has never pinch hit for Pena and I can’t see him ever doing that.
If the Astros have a big lead late in the game I can see the Rangers starting some ****. Can't take the bait and risk WS suspensions.
It could have come from Espada but there's also the part where Dusty would face a major suspension and fine if they said he was involved in any 9th inning decisions.
I dk man. Both teams may dislike each other, but there was Yordan consulting Adolis when things got heated.
On Astros.com, they have a link to Altuve's 7 greatest postseason homers. Just a few years ago, the thought that an Astro could have so many postseason homers that they could have a 7 greatest would not have crossed my mind.
