100% spot on with everything. We have to hope Urquidy/France gets us thru 7. Urquidy will be given instructions to just give us 4 or 5 innings, no pressure. It really sucked that we should have had 10-12 runs on that board after the top of the 8th and we would have saved both Abreu and Pressly. In that sense, Texas won that battle tonight.
Brother we were in this forum hearing iT’s OveR in August. Still swinging tonight in another LCS. The negativity is trash.
Dunning/Heaney tomorrow vs Urquudy/France. Very even pitching matchip. Let's put a crooked number up in the first inning tomorrow. If we do that, we aren't losing the game.
Maldi with a big 2 run single then another single to start the scoring again. Tuve with a big blast. Big man for clutch 2 out single. Relievers for big innings even Abreu( we knew he would give up one run eventually). This is what we need going forward.
Dubon at 2B, Altuve at DH, Pena at SS, Chas in CF, Yordan in LF. It actually could happen… lefty starting for them tomorrow, and Brantley not playing back to back days against a lefty.
Damn MLB sure missing their Yankees and Red Sox...let's debut a documentary on the teams watching the Astros from home
How would you play the 8th and 9th if the game is within 3 runs? Abreu has been awesome overall, even after giving up the run today. But he's pitched every game (3 in 4 days). Pressly luckily avoided Game 1 this series.
see now we're cooking.. but you know Dubon is good for one bad play that is going to wreck a game at least in the outfield, it is more infrequent.
The guy is a finalist for a gold glove both at 2B and as a utility guy… when he’s been basically a CF as of late. Don’t **** with the Honduran Billy Spiers…
Amazing how things change when you can actually put the ball in play with RISP. Now let's do it again tomorrow, and this series will firmly be in our grasp.
