    4 indictments and 91 felony charges will do that to a fellow.

    Or more likely the NY civil case that will make Trump sell his businesses or FMV (or less), that will prevent Trump from doing business in NY ever again and that will expose to the whole word trump's real net worth.

    I mean if I say the Twins won Wednesday and there should be a game 5 tonight it would be hard to say I'm not lying just because I insist that is what I truly believe.

    If you think the Twins won Wednesday, then saying they won Wednesday would not be a lie. If you don't think the Twins won Wednesday, then saying they did would be a lie, even if you simultaneously claimed that you really truly believe it. It isn't the statement of belief that makes something a lie, it is whether you actually believe it. So no, even when you are given factual information otherwise, if you believe something is true, it is not a lie to say it is true.

    It's still a falsehood in any definition. Continuing to promote it despite mounting evidence to the contrary leaves you with some degree of responsibility if it leads to people getting directly hurt by it.
