    Sometimes, I find myself negotiating with business owners who have no clue what they're doing. It's annoying because they'll counter with such ridiculous offers and don't understand the concept of give and get, so the deal never gets done. Then they'll blow up about how “they want our product,” and I'm not even trying to work with them.

    I imagine this is how Smith feels. This judge is a moron.
