Sounds right. I would think Urquidy and Brown will be available for long relief mainly for Javier and France since they will be on shorter leash.
I mentioned this two weeks ago that we could end up under 40 wins at home but over 50 wins on the road. Weird. Never thought it would actually happen with KC and Oak
I think the crowd is different. The focus is different. This week of rest, can't say to much about this
Astros managed to piss away games during the regular season and still won the division and a bye. Rangers and Mariners are BOTH poverty franchises
The mindset is certainly different… and that’s what separates baseball from all other sports that have a post-season. Playoff baseball is LITERALLY a different sport from the regular season… it’s not meant to be played or consumed in short spurts, but when you do condense it, it’s a different animal all-together.
I think the Astros are going to hit another gear in the playoffs. They are so familiar with the routine; been there done that. Some teams in it this year haven't been in it for years. Hopefully, Altuve won't go into a "playoff slump" like last year. And Abreu will become "playoff Gurriell" I feel certain we can beat any team in the AL. Dodgers and Braves will be a challenge. One step at a time. BUT, now that we are IN, I think we will win the ALCS and go to the WS. Remind if I was right or wrong.
Astros are def built different. The pressure of every moment is so crazy in the playoffs. Maybe we going to get playoff pena
They will go as far as their pitching takes them. Need a big postseason from Framber and I think Javier will be good for 75-80 pitches. Who knows what France will give them, but I'm liking Javier for 4 or 5 and Brown for 2 or 3 and the Neris/Abreu/Pressly bringing home a couple of W's.
I was just about to say, weed smells good in the container and smoked. I don’t partake anymore (maybe once a year) but my son does and I always get a good wiff when he brings it home. It ain’t nothing like the crap we had in the 80s…..
