Except that they don't fill those hours with stuff. They fill those hours with rehash after rehash of one story and then don't cover all sorts of stuff happening the world. It'd be like getting the Dallas Morning News tomorrow and have it have nothing but different perspectives on the same story. Somehow, they manage to find enough going on to fill up the newspaper every day. You can often get more news just by glancing at the front page of the newspaper than you can watching an entire news day on a 24 hour news network.
