I was wondering why we see the Muslim women always shrieking in photos?

    Here

Look at this one, everyone is totally calm and watching but the women is just shrieking like crazy.

Is it a cultural thing that the men don't react and the women over react?

It just seems that every photo has a women shrieking, and I understand the ones that are relevant to people dying etc, but I see a lot of them where most are calm but a woman is shrieking.

    I don't get it.

    help !

    DD

PS. I am not trying to have this be a thread about faiths etc, I am more interested in whether this is a cultural enigma.

They are probably crying... kind of like a wife did when her husband died in the 9/11 attacks.

Dude, you are the master. By the way, I failed to compliment you on your Emmitt Smith jab a while back, but do not think it went unnoticed.

I'll bite (you knew I would).

Men are naturally less emotional than women. I don't think that's offending anyone, but I believe women are just more sensitive than men..

I don't think it's a cultural thing, depending on how you group culture.

Grouping the Middle East together as one culture is inaccurate. It's like grouping the United States and England together and saying that they have similar cultures. It's not true. Neither is the U.S. and Mexico for example.

An Arab would never be able to live in Iran, just like an Iranian would find it extremely difficult to live in Yemen or Morocco for example. Even Emaratis and Egyptians - MAAAAAAAAJOR difference in these two cultures.

If you learn the Arabic language from a book or teacher or whatever with the proper accent, you will have lots of difficulty even trying to understand Morroccan, Emarati, and Egyptian.
