cause i mean it's not like guys get traded... either as they develop and increase their stock... or to the point where the team sees enough that they are willing to 'turn over the reins' and trade the aging guy...

why do folks wanna make issues where none exist? lol

To be fair to the OP, he isn't the only poster that has this misguided thought that young players only develop if they start or play 36 mpg.

Rockets have one of the lowest IQ fan bases in the major sports. Just unrelentingly stupid takes out here.

The sad thing is that KMJ is a better player at the same position who we could have simply kept and started and saved 19 million dollars per year. That 19 million a year could have then been put to a can’t say “no” offer to Austin Reeves. We do have morons running this thing. Don’t know anybody who has 5 cents worth of basketball knowledge who thinks Dillon Brooks is better than KMJ AND Reeves.

Am I the only one that doesn’t find all these “franchise player” threads amusing?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t KJ a pretty poor on ball defender? He essentially was a good weak side help defender and had a decent 3. He also slashed well. But he definitely wasn’t a “good” defender. I know there is some argument on whether or not Brooks is actually a “good defender” but that’s his reputation. KJ didn’t have that reputation.

Brooks is a better defender, kpj is better overall as a player. Brooks gives back a lot on defense with fouling and being a moron, and completely crushes your offense

Some people seem to sit around and think of the absolute worst thread ideas they can come up with.

It takes effort to post a thread this bad.

    Just stop.

    Stop thinking, stop posting.

Don't hit enter and damn sure don't double post it.
