    Tbh Trump should be charged with at least 2 counts of murder as well. People who died as a result of his felony/criminal act.

    I would not be surprised to read there was a 5-4 ruling with Justice Thomas as the lead author if it got that far.
    Not that prosecuting for treason is in any way unconstitutional.
