I like this but he needs to work on his mullet game. G league mullet needs work and experience to pro ready mullet.

 

Scraped all posts from this thread for 8:05PM-9:40PM, which seems to be what tip-off and end of game were. Grouped the posts in 2 minute increments and did a text sentiment analysis on it. I tried to animate it but am getting errors I can't figure out. No GIF this time, sorry guys. This chart would be much better if I knew the timestamps for when the quarters began and ended, but I don't know where to get that information. Would also be interesting to see this overlayed with our estimated chance to win throughout the game, or with the point differential.

Wrote a code so you can get a chart showing win probability play-by-play changes for any NBA game after just adding the NBA game ID....

.... and then I realized that win probability play-by-play data doesn't exist for the last 5 minutes of an NBA game. So, that sucks and makes this chart less useful and interesting. Oh well.
