Play Cam at the 2. He'll truck most 2s get in his way. More importantly, Coach will inform him, he'll shut down most 2s.
The rotation is deep. Because KPJ is supposed to back up the two and partly back up the pg position and maybe some spot minutes at sf. But I'd like to see how Whitmore does against guards vs wings. His strength could definitely allow him to bully some guards now.

Cam Whitmore is the TRUTH! Dude is still a teenager, just turned 19. This guy has beast written all over his forehead.
Still can't believe we got both Amen and Cam. 14 front offices are already regretting passing on Whitmore
Who knows if it's a limitation on tunnel vision or having handles closer to a sf than a guard. Jaylen Brown is notorious for poor handles and he averaged more turnovers than assists his first couple of years. Whitmore can occasionally use his handle to go by defenders but he's probably going be more successful using his strength combined with his lateral agility for his size most of the time rather than a handle. It's going to limit how much he can have the ball safely in his hand which will limit his assist opportunities also.
Maybe but I don't think it should be his priority. He should focus on his 2 way ability more, the passing can come with time and experience.
