    They overpaid for Dillion, but gutted enough of the young guys, and gave picks and cash to have this extra little bit of cap.

    Spilled red wine on white carpet, and now covering it up with a rug.

    Well, to be fair I would laugh too if another team signed Dillon Brooks for 80mn/4years. Casual fans don't know the rockets' salary cap situation, still hopeful we have other deals to come. But if not.. Dillon and Ime better come good to prove that this contract is really worth it (not looking to dump Brooks with picks in the later years.). I still trust Ime on this one

    I’m so exhausted from the last thirty hours of this……I just daydreamed rewriting Frankenstein where hardenstein (no not hartenstein) is brought to life not once but twice to terrorize his creator professor Morey.

    Not 20 mil per worthy, Grizz developed him and still didn't extend. Rockets gave him 4 yrs.... Four years o_O.

    Also KMJ didn't take as many bad shots (Dillion avg what, 13 shots per game). I'm even OK with KJ being gone but not this entire scorch the earth: Christopher, KJ, Usman, and Tyty. Clearing the deck to overpay Dillion 'friggin' Brooks.

    Holy ****. We really paid 20M a year for Dillon Brooks? Who the hell was gonna pay him 10M???

    On a night where Lakers got Taurean Prince for 4.5M and 11M for Gabe Vincent we really paid 80M for Dillon Brooks? W. T. F.

    I just don't get it. Is this Ime pushing Stone to get who he wants, and Stone going wildly overboard to fulfill Coach Udoka's desires? I know we can only guess at this point, but this Brooks deal just doesn't make sense. Who are we bidding against? A phantom? I haven't heard of another team that wants Brooks. Maybe I missed it?

    The Ime and Rafael chemistry is off the charts.....seriously glad I survived this.

    Could have gone after those Miami undrafted players.

    Except KMJ was a very efficient offensive player who knew his role and limitations.

    Brooks took the third most shots on a team with two all stars and Desmond Bane, what in the world makes you think he'll defer to a bunch of snot nosed kids?

    I looked at it at least DB is only 27 and in his prime. I thought he was in his 30s with how slow he looked out there couldn't keep up with 38 yr old Bron.

    He'll prob score 8-11 pts on bad efficiency so I really hope it was an Ime signing.
