The fact is…ain't many vets available out there wanna join a bottom team filled with underdeveloped young players n to be served as babysitters. If you've decided to land a big name ceo allowing him to re-engineer a company…you gotta get ready to pay big price let him starting from scratch, imho first thing first to him is to lay foundation for building up the culture. These vets we recruited to join in takes big risks either, dunt forget. For whichever vets, they need commitment. (maybe, maybe stone n Ime had tried hard to land some other better ROI vets, unfortunately just failed, being refused? Like Brook Lopez)
