For the free agents we are signing this offseason, what's the earliest we can trade them? Are those dates the same whether they are included in a package?

I feel like something like a KPJ for Monte Morris deal could make sense. Wiz are desperate for talent, and just got Tyus to play PG.

Morris is one of the league leaders in A/TO every year (him and Tyus were tied for #1 at 5.4 last year), shoots 48/39/83. and is great at setting up the offense...and he's not going to demand 35mpg and 15fga like say, FVV might. We can give him 25mpg, and use him to get guys like Green, Jabari and Whitmore in rhythm, while still having enough minutes left over to let Amen develop as a PG.

Dillon Brooks makes a lot of sense but how he sees himself and his role could be an issue.
