Not really an excuse. Foster hates Harden and Lewis is a Boston fan, and the Celtics have already been getting a lot of calls going their way in the series anyway. Officials can shift the momentum of the game by missing easy calls, and we know more than anyone after game 7 against the Warriors.
He has stepped up. If we're being honest, he's stepped more than anyone against Boston. Yeah, he's had a few poor shooting games here or there, but he's just been missing shots he would normally make.

Eric Lewis is officiating today's game. He and his family are big Celtics fans. He officiated the infamous Lebron crying on the ground game where Tatum obviously fouled him on a last second shot but it was not called. Celtics have 34-2 with him officiating. Scott Foster is also officiating and Harden has a horrid record with him (1-14 in the playoffs). That 1 win was when Harden played against Chris Paul who also has a horrible with Foster. This **** is rigged.
