    Technically we had the 4th-worst record, but the worst record was shared by a couple of teams, so we were the 5th team in terms of odds.
    And... Steve Francis represented the Rockets that year. Biggest "what-if" of that draft was "what if Lebron was successful in trying to get into the 2002 NBA Draft?" Would the Rockets have drafted him and people talk about a Houston Rocket Lebron James as being GOAT?
