Grizzlies ain't been the same since Ja went dumbass in the strip club. They might need to move one of their core guys to send a message in that locker room.
For once Tony Brothers wasn't a factor in a big game. How can Memphis think they are contenders when they can't even put back to back good performances together.
I said it earlier, if AD and D-Lo can have a great game, it’s game over. Now you add Reeves who is basically the point god of this team. Just wow. So scary how much this Lakers team has changed after adding D-Lo, Hachimura, Gabriel, and Vanderbilt……and the growth of Reeves. And removing Westbrick. AD is officially the most fragile superstar in NBA history, but when he’s healthy (very rare, yes)… just wow. It would be wild if Lebrin won another championship this year.
Grizzles are done, when you act this arrogant and get absolutely demolished, there is no coming back from that if you have never won. They will never be able to get over this, since they are a very weak minded team. You can see real confidence vs. just being arrogant, not talking to the press after losses just showed us that they are mentally weak, and not able to learn from mistakes and process the defeat in a way that makes them better. Ja is super low IQ as a basketball player on and off the court, and a lot of critics will be proven right about his body holding up the way he recklessly attacks the rim. He already knows his super max extension is in jeopardy since he is trying to sue a kid (with no money) over the risk of not getting the super max. Sometimes it just takes one domino to fall for a weak team to end them, and Ja looks to have done that. This is like Danuel House banging the covid testing girl and ending it for everyone. Complete implosion coming.
Dillon is not the troll I thought he was. He wasn't built for the smoke, he ducking it. that's disappointing. I love troll players. At least talk to the press and say you got got.
It's Davis. He was like this in 2020, the most impactful Laker, but LeBron was just as good back then so the difference wasn't as clear. All of those additions fit like a glove. And LeBron is doing the right thing in staying the hell out of the way. If the same team is in Portland, they would actually be an enjoyable team to watch, but the media around the Lakers because they are the Lakers and because LeBron is on the team is so annoying. And they are still getting calls when they don't need them. There is a narrative out there involving LeBron and the British royal family, too crazy to discuss, that states that LeBron will win the championship and get to 5 and 6, 5/6, in the Finals, after King Charles's coronation and eventually end his career at 6/6, 66. It's going to be interesting in the next round because the Warriors and Kings could shoot. I trust the Warriors more because of their experience, they seem to be more talented and better coached, and Davis would take Sabonis's soul. So the Lakers will need some injuries, suspensions, multiple referee robberies, and magnet balls to stand a chance against the Warriors. All of that could happen.
Memphis got a extra large piece of humble pie. Better save the leftovers. They need more of it. Brooks showed how much being a moron can hurt once again. They actually need to upgrade From him. He’s a huge weakness in their lineup. A whole bunch of bark. Basically no bite
