    Fish oil for heart
    Aleve damn near every day for early onset arthritis
    Booze and weed for sanity
    Multivitamin for everything else

    You need to change these. Alcohol issues are obvious and Aleve is an NSAID which taking daily is really bad for your kidneys.

    Try Tylenol Arthritis (there are generic versions). It's a 12 or 8 hour time release. Works great for me when I have chronic pain.

    Booze ain't going anywhere, but I'm going to a spine specialist (compression fracture in T10-11-12) this week to see about changing up my treatment routine (I do heat, massage, and dry needling now) or exploring more aggressive options. I'll look into Tylenol ER. Thnx!

    Anyone take this one before or have any insight? I am not too familiar with nootropics/mushrooms and this particular one was recommended to me for increased focus, improved immune system
