Man completely blanked on buying Austin tickets today at 10am .... Resellers really got their hands on them. When I saw DM in 2017 in Austin was able to find some great seats for reasonable pricing ... Now resellers want 3-5x+ I usually will buy tickets in the first grouping of seats so I'm fairly close, I might have to settle for sitting a bit back on this one.

I'm still probably going to at least one of the TX shows though, maybe even 2.

OK Now that I've had some time to think about it:

New Order had the 3 best songs: Blue Monday, Bizarre Love Triangle, True Faith

Depeche Mode had more good songs

Let's take it to the Dairy Ashford Roller Rink and settle it on the skates...like men.

The new Depeche Mode album is another reason why I pick them over New Order. Still able to produce high level, amazing, and relevant music. Blown away by Momento Mori. It’s a must listen.

I thought the first half was very adult-like. The second half was more inline with the DM formula. It's all good stuff.

Will check this out, didn't know it existed.

eta: I finally logged a vote, and my vote put New Order in the lead 19-18, so that's a pretty definitive verdict.

Forgot to tell you that your vote doesn’t count because it sucks.

Jk. Body of work is important to me on this and New Order fell off in a big way with their last few releases.

I haven't listened to either band's new stuff since about 1992.

I am a highly educated voter. Like a typical American.
