    I work for an insurance company and had a phone call with John Lucas II earlier today. Not going to go into the company or the reason lol, but what a nice guy. 50/50 talked about the claim... 50/50 talked about Rockets from 80s to now haha. When I saw the name on the file I immediately thought "that'd be fun, but surely it's another John Lucas."

    Nope, cool 10min or so.

    Go ahead and send me all the questions you wish that I would have asked him :D tried to keep it general and positive.

    I can tell you he said the trouble with right now is that you feel like you're working so much with young guys so that a future coach and a future team can be successful.

    Does this mean that the coaching staff are all resigned to the fact that they might/will get fired? Are they trying to save their jobs, or is their main goal to develop the players for the next stage of their careers?
