We need an organization culture overhaul that Morey enabled. Gm's undermining coaches and wanting to be the cool uncle, star players going to rapper concerts before and after important games, coaches cucking, asst. coaches changing players shooting form by pulling their waist down with 2 hands.
What is this nonsense we got rid of Morey to get rid of the bad "culture " and bring in new change. The reason why our org is still sht bc it starts with the owner who allowed or wanted this culture to appear once more

Now that the Celtics have moved forward with their coaching situation, removing the “interim” tag from Joe Mazzulla, there appears to be some benefit for Ime Udoka, as well. With more clarity from the fact Udoka is officially out of the club’s plans rather than being on suspension, some NBA teams are now getting into the vetting process on the chance they might have an opening. I'm sure it won't happen until the offseason but it's well past time for Silas to go. Our young players aren't progressing as they should and a lot of that falls on the head coach and staff. If we're the worse team in the league for the 3rd year in a row and Silas is brought back we'll be the laughing stock of the NBA (as if we aren't already).
The next coach of the Houston Rockets is.... whoever James Harden wants it to be. Sorry, but that's a very likely reality if he agrees to sign here.
I don't know who it would be but hopefully not a wet blanket like Silas. Even the guy's whole posture and body language just scream LOSER.
