Pretty undisciplined first half from Demeco’s defense so far.

The difference is he will actually make adjustments.

    It's also a classic Texans-esque game.

The defense can only keep you hanging around for so long until they get worn out.

Have to agree. A lot of penalties -- a sign of an undisciplined team. Speaks to coaching.

In theory they really only gave up 14. It also doesn’t help that SF is on there 4th qb.

I was speaking more about the penalties that his defense has committed to keep drives alive. Not sure why the QB has anything to do with undisciplined defense.

Bad qb play will always have something to do with a team.. they’re on there 4th qb. I can imagine the moral is a bit low for everyone. Also that was 1 drive.. the defense has looked solid overall.

No use nitpicking when SF is down to their 4th qb and he's terrible. I'm sure the SF defense knows they have no chance of winning this game under these circumstances.

They get an int and there's a chance they're right back in it.

I'm not going to nitpick as there's nothing to judge based on this game, but it's far from over.

That being said, I'm liking the chances of a Demeco Ryans hire by midweek.

He did meet with Texans' officials recently. It's kind of like staying in a Holiday Inn Express, but the opposite.

Why? Because he's shutting down a fourth string QB?

To make a decision off of this game would be silly. Obviously going to look at the large body of work, two elite defensive units

Im seeing Texans fans on Twitter now saying that. They went from being happy with Demeco to now wanting Gannon.. can’t make this up

Ryans can bring the swagger back to houston just like the eagles coach has done with the eagles. This game had nothing to do with coaching and mostly the fact that they lost their starting qb early. Ryan’s is still the coach I want.
