    Basically and why it's not a serious bill. Can you imagine every online forum, app, etc with a way for people to message one another having to verify your account with a gov't ID? And many of these platforms aren't in the US. How is Texas going to enforce a law onto a social media company in China for instance?

    It's not a practical law.
