You are right, I should've said, "for some NBA teams". I'm not implying this is good or acceptable or even worthwhile, I'm just stating something we call can see, this year, the organization is not putting winning at the top of priorities. So it's hard to judge them until then. Do I like it? no! I wish I could go to my bosses and tell them to wait for 4 years before judging my multi million dollar job. I get judged weekly with some of my clients. But it's been 3 years, I can't act outraged by now, Im even boarding the "light at the end of the tunnel" airlines. I thought NBA headquarters in Secaucus had the ability to buzz a ref at the scorers table and force a review, even if the refs on the court chose not to... Do they not have that ability? It was obviously close with a clear stoppage of play, very easy to initiate the review process.
