    Respectfully disagree. You risk setting a player back by giving them too much too fast and f’ing with their confidence. And I think there is a benefit to earning it.

    I was gonna say Rodman aswell because he's kind of short but still manages to get every damn rebound that is even remotely close to him but I stopped myself from doing it.

    I'm just really really happy with his progression, he has been one of the bright spots for me
