D'Antoni, though I do think it got too predictable and stale at the end of the run in all honesty. As much as I loved Adelman and those overachieving post-Yao teams, D'Antoni and Harden was the perfect compliment to each other stylistically. Watching Harden go from a star 2 guard to an absolute cheat code point guard was one of my favourite times in Rockets history. He let me down like a mother****er the way he left, but peak Beard is the ****ing **** and if you say otherwise you're lying to yourself.

Rudy Tomjanovich and the Rockets Staff
Created 4 Out and 1 In Offense that is used Today and Totally Changed the NBA Today.

Robert Horry being a Stretch Four in 1995 really Changed the NBA Lineup and Offense.

Mike Dantoni, Steve Kerr stole from Mike Dantoni Playbook.

NBA writers hate Mike Dantoni especially Stephen A Smith

I'm not fact checking, but I'm sure D'Antoni has the highest winning percentage and most wins as our coach. However, my pick is Coach Adelman. There was a swagger and heart his teams played with that was fun to watch. We talk about his read and react offense, but our defense was damn good under his tenure. We should've been the champs in '09, but that's another conversation.

    Adelman and D'Antoni

I love JVG but he's a terrible coach. McHale also a terrible coach.

Rick the Ruler Adelman was eerily popular since Rudy.

I’d say Adelman but dunno if stats actually back that. But we definitely seemed like a “smart” team during his years. And we played as a team, with a plan we actually tried to execute.

D’Antoni was the most successful, but he also had an all-world talent and sometimes a few of them on his rosters. He was given the freedom to be out of the box in his approach.

I wish Adelman could have had a healthy Yao and McGrady to work with. What he managed to accomplish with some of those teams was pretty impressive.
