Trump would rather have dead FBI agents than go to prison quietly.

Are you now outraged by the Presidential Records Act?

We had 20 pages of posts in this thread saying Trump can and should release the warrant. Now, he did it wrong?

He didn’t think about the FBI agents feelings and didn’t specify their preferred pronouns..

You're awfully flippant and cavalier with the lives of FBI agents.

Funny, except for the fact that a Trumper tried to go kill FBI agents yesterday. Some of these guys are so far down the rabbit hole that it will not be surprising at all if there is more violence.

Yes. You redact the names and any other personal details of the law enforcement agents carrying out their duties. You don't release that data to the segment of this population that has been inflamed to violence to protect their cult leader.

    Fair enough.

What do you consider 'serious trouble'? I would consider serious trouble as being convicted of a felony or stripped of being allowed to run for president again.

I predict not much will happen. This is not my wish but simply a prediction.

I predict a deal will be struck where he can't run for office or be political at all to avoid being prosecuted.

As he should. Those documents don't belong to Trump. Why is that hard for people to understand?

They did get her private server. They didn't "raid" her because she complied and turned over "the server" (actually multiple servers). Eventually the FBI used a search warrant to get into staff laptops and phones as well. This is a total myth.

I don't think that kind of deal will be struck.

    1. The DOJ should not be doing their work because they don't want him to run for office. They should be doing the work based on whether or not he committed a crime.

    2. But I do believe that a deal might include him pleading guilty to one of the laws that prohibits holding federal office. I just don't think that should be the goal or any concern of the DOJ.

If Espionage, then he should hang or be shot for treason.

That was not my point, I am predicting the outcome and how the country will want to move on from Trump to avoid the embarrassment. You just know Trump thinks the 6 justices he has on the SC are his Get out of jail card, but I think he is mistaken.
