    Can we make 4k security cams mandatory? 90% of the time u can’t see sh*t with all that 240p footage

    nothing should be looking that pixelated in 2022

    The fact that they only show a picture a not the moving image tells me it's probably just someone with long hair, and when they froze the video, it looked kind of funny.
