    Buzbee is really reaching by adding the Texans to the lawsuit. He's trying to create as much noise as possible to force a settlement. His case against the Texans is a weak one, just like his 24 lawsuits.

    So they should have known what a grown men was doing on his off time? Michael Vick ran a illegal dog fighting ring for years and the Falcons had no idea.. so it’s not a far fetch idea the Texans wouldn’t know as well.
