    If Las Vegas gets a team before Seattle, when the word "expansion" is brought up, that would be super lame.

    Seattle messed up with not getting upgraded from key arena

    they are building this stadium which would be the most expensive hoops arena by far. Also nba summer league is in Vegas , I’m guessing it’s a sure bet they will get a team

    A lot of things get announced, but never happen in Vegas. We will see.

    Personally, I hope it does happen as it would revitalize that end of the strip. Resorts World is now open, Fountain Blue is under construction again, and the convention center finished constructing their new space. So, the north end of the strip is coming on strong. Hope the arena gets built.

    They still in game for the Oakland a’s
    Don’t know how that city can justify 12 billion dollars for a some stadium project when their city is crap

    If Vegas ever gets a team and I still live here by then I'm gonna try my hardest to get season tickets because you could easily sell every game you don't want to tourists just looking for something to do for a few days. That stadium is gonna be packed nightly by people who would rather see basketball than Carrot top.

    But LA is the 2nd biggest city in the country too much value in having a team in the city. The Mets/Yankees cubs/sox jets/giants rams/chargers work in 2 team cities clippers built a nice fan base in the last decade. They’ll stay in LA

    True but all those LA fans moved to Vegas in the pandemic
    Look at the sold out raiders games. It’s about money and the Vegas franchise will certainly make money. You will always have visitor crowds

    kinda like when the lakers play the rockets at Toyota center and it’s all lakers fans
