    I meant that his history has been pretty jaded - lots of transgressions, but felt he had grown up - this looks like maybe not.

    I guess I must have missed them. He’s been a bit erratic, perhaps, at times when it comes to his NBA career. Recently, anyway. An untimely injury, retirement, the Rockets give him a job that has him working with the players, a great opportunity to work doing what he loves after leaving the game as a player, the sudden decision to start playing again in the G-League. That was a big surprise, at least to me. None of that hints at what we’re hearing now. Yes, I’m shocked.

    Burden of proof fallacy is strong in this thread. "Lots" of transgressions and yet when you do go look for them all you get is the Miami incident where he was high or something and punched an innocent guy who didnt press charges and the suspension when Ariza and some other ROX bum rushed the Clippers locker room?

    "Lots" ???

    This is a disgusting event if true and Gerald should face any and all consequences IF found guilty, but its really crazy to see the narratives that get painted here.

    I'm not dismissing the accuser... but I'd like to hear what GG has to say before passing any sort of judgement.

    GG always struck me as a good guy... i would hate to learn that all of this is true...

    I think what he may be saying is not to judge if he is guilty or not guilty until more evidence presents itself and stories are heard.
