I hate Clutch. He's a bear. Bears aren't even native to the Houston area. WHY? Even if they'd have gone with something like a Chimpanzee I'd be able to connect it because they've sent Chimpanzee's to space. But no. For some inexplicable reason it's a bear. Honestly, it ought to be a feral hog. hahaha
Clutch has been one of the most beloved among mascots. Due to his playful, mischievous nature. His look is simple yet effective. This is one rare aspect that has been elite for years, tall order.

Turbo was an all-time great. Clutch is very good too, no disrespect. But yeah, why he a bear? Turbo would be unstoppable in the pace and space era. He just needs to learn to hit a stepback 3 off the trampoline. I think the correct answer is both.
