Lottery Ticket with Bow Wow is an underrated hood classic You didn't put in House Party as an easy hood comedy to not name, OP. But also, Class Act is a classic kind of lumped in with House Party.
yeah I’m just finishing up house party 3, although not as good as the first two it still have it’s charm and tons of stars in that one. I’m bout to check out class act next.
I gotta go with CB4 It also depends what you mean by hood comedy. Are we talking stuff that generally did better In the hood like CB4 or How To Be A Player, REAL hood comedies like Paper Soldiers or I got the hook up, or just comedies with black actors (like Chapelle)
Dope is also very good and so underrated. Really like this movies. I should have invested in crypto when they were talking about it in this movie, lol
hood comedies like I got the hook up and 3 stripes and they became cult classics. Mostly make like 20-30 million at the box office or less. I think Friday movies make the most money at the box office cause that seems to be consensus with the theater goin audience.
