Cheap Drinking in Houston?

    Just graduated college in May... and I need to know good happy hours/specials in the Houston area. I miss the cheap college bars in Boston/Austin... and bars with nice eye candy would be appreciated =)

    heres a couple i remember off the top of my head:

    wednesday:

    $0.25 beers at hurricane hut (on richmond)
    $1 beers at two rose (rice village)

    thursday:

    $1 beers at sam's boat (richmond and sugar land)
    $5 pitchers at baker street (rice village and soon in sugar land)

    Alice's Tall Texan in the heights.

    Incredibly cheap 16 oz Lone Stars and SHiner Bock. It's a dive bar and there won't be any eye candy, but it's cheap as hell and they have a poool table.

    Like $1.25.

    Yeah, Valhalla. And you cant beat the Friday happy hour price. Remember them selling pitchers.... the good old drunken sot days!
