    They doing it backwards, which I don't like. Seems like they are taking this opportunity to play "free ball" and build chemistry. I would rather implement a system that compliments our best players and maximizes our roles players strengths. Once they get the system down they can feel free to improvise....that way they have a play or something to fall back on.
