    In regards to the $1 million bonus mentioned in item 2 of DH contract, unless he leaves or is terminated for cause, we should be able to terminate him because he has proven himself to be a lousy coach, recruiter, role model, etc. My guess is we are stuck with him for the next couple of years. Someone needs to grow a pair and fire his ass. After 21 games going 7-14 with zero wins against a team with a winning record. Not what anyone envisioned when he was hired.

    The idea that Fertitta slapped backs and greased palms until we got in is not really a positive IMO.

    The university did a hell of a lot in all arenas to earn that invite. Fertitta probably spun his wheels and generated a lot of smoke, but I refuse to believe he "got us in". That's both damning of UH and of the Big 12 leadership if true.

    I believe it was possible for us to get screwed just based on some of the comments from people from OU,OSU and K-State during that farce they pulled on us in 2016.
