    Yes. He basically signed a league minimum one year deal but the Rockets can convert it to a two way contract. Brooks isn’t limited to a set number of games like under a two way.

    There was a time where it looked like he would be more than he was. I mean thats logical no one knows who will live up to their potential. We've seen enough to know he has hit his ceiling.
