    I have a question. I rarely watch local news, but whenever I do catch channel 2 at 10pm, then seem like they are in a speed speaking contest. Why do they talk so fast?

    Channel 2 has being doing those little specials because it's a ratings book. By cutting off their "news" at 10:15, they're able to throw that night out of the numbers that calculate their rating. They've done like 15 of those specials...annoying the crap out of the folks at 11 & 13. 2's rating will end up being higher than it actually is because they're only using like 15 days worth of numbers instead of 30. But they'll still be last...11 & 13 are virtually tied for #1 at 10pm right now, with just two days left.

    Channel 2 "News" is un-watchable. Actually, all 10 o'clock news is unwatchable. I usually just watch News 24 at any given time. I hope that station is here for the long run.

    That being said, Lisa F is mucho hot.

    Where I live we only get one Houston station and that is Channel 2, and one San Antonio station, KENS TV.

    She is by far, the best looking anchor in Houston...Dallas doesn't have any hot anchors...But for cable, its Headline News...

    man Ch.2 news sucks

    I only watch Fox 26 (because of sports extra on sundays) and WB39

    I like WB because its only 30min and gets all the important stories done
