Repeating your lies ad nauseum will not make true.

    I've only watched Mobley twice...

    1st impression vs Oregon - Meh...he had only 10 pts & 8 rebs. Decent defensively. I didn't see a guy worth a #2 pick.

2nd impression vs Gonzaga - Mobley was better offensively, but Drew Timme was kicking his a**.

    I don't know, man.

Timme is a future pro with superior post moves, who also was able to benefit from the attention given to Suggs and Kispert.

Mobley was a true freshman with an obviously less developed post game, but the draft is largely about potential. If we want a sure thing, then draft Suggs.

Worst case, Mobley makes the defense immediately better, and his offensive potential is considerable.

    this.

this is the highlight we need to see A LOT more of to convince me Mobley should be the pick.

If Mobley can (1) up his 3 point % to at least mid 30s, (2) do THIS with some consistently at the pro level and (3) be a Tim Duncan / later Hakeem and personality in the court…

than I’m all in on Mobley.

You would take Steph over Harden?

    Really?

Harden does everything better than Steph except pure shooting, that's not undervaluing Steph it's just facts.

    Lmao, it ain't that easy.

You had Thabeet, Flynn, Tyreke Evans, Rubio and Jordan Hill around that draft area.

You'd be happy with either one of them.

Yes. And that’s not knocking Harden. This is today’s NBA. the guy that is one of the best ballhandlers ever (I rank Steph above Harden here) and can shoot 43% from three on massive volume getting his shot off from where-ever/when-ever. His assist numbers aren’t quite as high as Hardens but neither is his usage partly because Steph has the highest off ball “gravity” of any player I’ve ever seen.

Ultimately Steph will go down ahead of Harden in the all time rankings and we can argue teammates or whatever all we want but that’s how it’s going to end up.

some folks like to point to his lack of mvp finals. Fact is his playoff numbers rank him amongst the all time greatests including his finals numbers. .

    Are you drunk?

What the hell do those guys have to do with anything about picking Steph over Harden?

What does the number 2 pick have to do with anything, do you think its a curse that carries over from player to player and they just lose talent because they were picked #2?

Does the 3rd pick have a better track record?

Should I list all of the busts that were picked #1?

I think because he plays below the rim, he's kinda got that Scola game tho. He could be a mid-late first if he plays all 4 years IMO.

He undeclared for the draft. Wants to better his draft stock next
    season from 2nd round projection.

Hunter Dickinson and Luka Garza are also big and crafty around the rim.
Wish I could have seen Evan Mobley vs them.

    .

He can guard positions 1-5 haha

Mobley was eating Wiseman up but they kept saying he was #1 in his class. What made him fall to #3?

lol. Wiseman actually outscored Mobley in that game (17-13) and Dominick Harris was the man for Rancho Christian, but Mobley did showcase his defensive and offensive abilities. Here are more highlights of the entire game (the dunk around 7:12 was pretty good) :

You really want to get excited by some high school highlights, go watch some Austin Rivers high school mixtapes. He should go #1 in this draft. Lol.
