    I love the Yasuke story and glad it's getting a more world wide audience. That said I'm not impressed with the animation and it seems rather flat and run of the mill Anime like a lot of stuff that is mass produced out of Japan and SK.

    As far as a live action Yasuke I think Idris Elba would be great even if he might be a little old for the character.
    I can easily visualize him wearing Tokugawa period armor.

    He's definitely got the gravitas for a warrior character. I was skeptical of him as Heimdall in MCU but he delivered.

    For him being the black Bond also has to do that he's English. I was going to say that he might be getting up in years but just found out he's only 48! He looks older in many of his roles.
