He only allowed 2 hits and walked 3. It seemed like alot more base runners were on. He did a good job not crumbling in the 1st.
Tampa used him a lot as an opener. Traded to Miami during the 2019 season and I lost track of him, he wasn't very good there and missed a bunch of time in 2020 with Covid. Click would have been very familiar with him from the Tampa days.
I don't know... dude throws mid to upper 90s, only making 1.1 million, and under control for 2 more seasons after this year. I think it was just a high reward and low risk deal.
