I honestly thought the streak would go to 22.

 

as soon as it looked like we might have a chance, i turned that shiit off. couldn't handle the agony of victory

 

agreed. For a guy as talented as he is passing the ball he misses the open man a lot. That’s why all of this talk about his great court vision is suspect. Maybe he’s just a selfish player. There were so many times he needed to dump it down to wood on the mismatch and he just didn’t. Or missed the open guy in the corner. I get that he can beat guys off the dribble and get to the rim, but he’s a ball dominant point guard who doesn’t know how to truly get his teammates involved. It’s why he’s not a winning player despite being a good player.

 

ship this clueless posturing champ ballhoggin scrub out of my town ASAP or at least shut him down for the season

 

hes the one guy on the playground, that is talented, but you dont want him for a teammate or will pass the ball only if playing with his best friend lolololol

if this is your gameplan, your idea of coahing and basketball culture you can have all of the 4 top 4 picks every year and you still going nowhere....

There isn’t that much better a chance by tanking then by winning from here on out. But there is a chance of creating a toxic culture of losing that will be hard to shake. It’s one thing to tank when it’s obvious you’re doing it, have the buy-in of important future cornerstones, and giving lots of young players a look. If you’re playing all those vets and cornerstones and still losing, yikes!

 

You’d lose. I looked, he’s only had less than 20 on 30 shots once in his career, ironically in a rockets uni, and in a loss.
